Do I need to be home?
Usually yes for access/permission, but in some cases we can inspect visible exterior areas by arrangement.
Can you fly in rain or strong wind?
No. Drone flights depend on safe weather conditions. If the weather is unsuitable, we rearrange the visit.
Is this a structural survey?
No. This is a visual aerial photo/video inspection only, not a structural or building survey.
How fast do I receive the photos?
Usually within 24–48 hours, with same-day delivery available for urgent jobs.
Are you insured and registered?
